444tk Terms & Conditions

📖 1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out in the Key Terms strip above. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are included for convenience and shall not affect interpretation.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 444tk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between 444tk and each Player. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.

References to "writing" or "written" include communications transmitted by email to the official 444tk support address at [email protected]. References to Bangladesh law mean the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as in force from time to time.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account on the 444tk platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person — registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or automated agents are not permitted.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 444tk or any of its technology or content suppliers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by 444tk or any other gambling platform.

444tk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid Bangladesh driving licence. Where satisfactory age verification documentation is not provided within fourteen (14) calendar days of a request, 444tk may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawal until the verification is completed.

Where an account is found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed through that account will be declared void, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposited funds may be returned to the payment method from which they originated, less any administration costs incurred.

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 444tk account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account and must notify 444tk promptly if any registered details change.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 444tk platform. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts held by that individual and the forfeiture of any balances held within those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444tk account credentials. 444tk will never ask for your password by email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 444tk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.

444tk accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, provided that 444tk has not itself been negligent in the handling of your account data.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

444tk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practice. As part of this programme, 444tk may request that you submit identity verification documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

444tk accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The maximum single deposit is ৳500,000. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 444tk account within five (5) minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. 444tk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method supporting outbound transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard account holders, though withdrawal requests above ৳200,000 may be subject to additional KYC verification before processing.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. 444tk reserves the right to extend this processing window during high-volume periods such as BPL finals, major T20 tournaments, or Eid. Players will be notified of any extended processing times via their registered contact details.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from the 444tk platform:

• The Player's account must be in good standing with no outstanding KYC verification requests.
• The Player must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money balance. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• 444tk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, involve recently registered accounts, or display patterns consistent with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

🎁 5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

444tk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and festival promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds awarded by 444tk are subject to a wagering requirement before they — and any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn as Real Money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and the permanent closure of all accounts involved.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games on the 444tk platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the default contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots (excluding certain jackpot titles): 100% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Sports betting wagers (minimum odds of 1.5 per selection): 100% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets: 0% contribution.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• 444tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by Players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, 444tk's decision shall be final and binding.
• 444tk's determination of whether wagering requirements have been met is conclusive in all cases.

🏏 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 444tk platform are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each market at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute, the rules in force at the time the bet was placed shall apply. Key general rules applicable to all sports betting on 444tk include:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. 444tk does not accept cancellation requests for bets already confirmed, except where 444tk has made a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in pricing (including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), 444tk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player accounts.
• Match result bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). 444tk accepts no liability for results that differ from early press or broadcast reports.
• Bets on abandoned or postponed events will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and played within twenty-four (24) hours of the original start time.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a minimum latency delay. 444tk is not responsible for bets placed after an event outcome has occurred but before the platform has updated the market status.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the 444tk platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is stated in that game's individual information panel. 444tk does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the RNG certification of games supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits vary by game, market, and account tier. The applicable limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page before bet placement. 444tk reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where risk management or responsible gaming considerations require it.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444tk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of the account:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to fix game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated casino play.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party payment accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between markets, platforms, or time periods to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated means to place bets, access account functions, or interact with 444tk games or markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the 444tk platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds with the intention of obscuring their origin. 444tk is committed to anti-money-laundering best practice and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Fraud: Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 444tk account.
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 18.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, payment details, or personal information.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal through a bank or mobile money provider after wagering deposited funds. Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for outstanding amounts.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 444tk

444tk reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• The account is the subject of a dispute, legal proceeding, or regulatory enquiry.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account shows activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.

During a period of suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access casino games. 444tk will endeavour to resolve suspensions promptly and to notify the Player of the reason for suspension and the steps required to restore account access, where it is legally permissible to do so.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 444tk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must either be completed or the Bonus Funds forfeited. Any Real Money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC verification.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please contact the 444tk support team stating that the closure request is for responsible gaming purposes. Such accounts will be closed permanently and cannot be reopened. This is the strongest available self-exclusion tool and we encourage Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem to use it without hesitation. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by 444tk — these Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to any activity that occurred prior to the closure date. Provisions that by their nature should survive closure (including those relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full force and effect.
